Press Access: The press area is reserved for credentialed media members only. Limited seating is available, and priority will be given to season credential holders. Overflow seating will be provided in designated media work areas.
Photo Work Area: Photographers will have access to a designated photo work area near the field. Photo bibs/vests are required and must be collected from Will Call. These must be returned upon exiting the stadium.
Field Access for Photographers: Photographers are permitted to shoot from behind the field boards along each endline. Movement between the two halves of the field is restricted and can only occur during halftime.
Live Broadcasting Policy: Only official broadcast partners are permitted to stream live footage during the match. Non-rights holders may film for highlights but must adhere to the designated filming areas.
CREDENTIAL REQUESTS
MEDIA PARKING & ENTRY
Media Parking: Parking is available in the Express Lot. A parking pass must be requested during the credential application process or via the match RSVP form for season credential holders. Additional parking is available without request in the general lot.
Entrance Instructions: Media personnel should enter through the Premium Entrance, where they will check in at the designated check in location just inside the fenced area.
POST-MATCH ACCESS
The head coach and selected players will be available for interviews in the designated press area located in the home locker room building with the door on the southwest side. Interviews with the visiting team must be arranged by their respective communications staff.
MEDIA CONDUCT & DRESS CODE
Code of Conduct: Media members are expected to maintain professionalism at all times. This includes refraining from wearing team or competing sponsor gear, soliciting autographs, and consuming alcohol while covering the match.
Violation Consequences: Any misuse of credentials (e.g., unauthorized field access, inappropriate behavior) will result in revocation of credentials and potential future bans.
EMERGENCY & SECURITY PROCEDURES
Security Checks: All media members must consent to security checks upon entry, which may include bag inspections and metal detection. Any prohibited items will be confiscated.
Emergency Protocols: In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of Phoenix Rising FC staff and stadium security.
