Pricing

• Overnight Campers can enjoy early bird pricing if they register prior to January 31.

Overnight Camps

The balances for Overnight Camps will be collected automatically March 1 of each year.

Refunds

Recreation, Competitive & Futsal

• Cancellations up to seven (7) days prior to the camp will receive a full refund less a $25 processing charge.
• Cancellations after this will receive a full credit for a future camp.
• No partial refunds will be made if a player misses part of the camp.

Overnight Camps

• Cancellations prior to March 1 will receive a full refund less the $200 deposit.
• Cancellations after this will not receive a refund unless a medically proven injury prevents the player from attending.
• No partial refunds will be made if a player misses part of the camp.

Inclement Weather

Recreation & Competitive

• In the event of light rain we will always conduct the program. In the event of severe inclement weather, we will attempt to make up for lost time.
• In the event of a lost session, 50% of the sessions / daily fee will be refunded.
