Phoenix Rising FC and Northern Arizona University (NAU) have reached a multi-year agreement to make NAU the official and exclusive education partner of Arizona’s professional soccer club.
As part of the agreement, the NAU logo will now adorn the right sleeve of Phoenix Rising’s first team and the thousands of children playing in the Phoenix Rising youth system.
“There was a lot of success and momentum built, working together with Northern Arizona University in 2021,” said Rising GM Bobby Dulle. “We are excited to represent this fantastic university on the field and off, at both the professional and youth levels. We look forward to partnering on many great initiatives throughout the great state of Arizona.”
In addition to the jersey sleeve and the presenting night, NAU will also work with Rising to support the local community during Hispanic Heritage Month. With more than 20 locations statewide, NAU continues to expand its footprint in Arizona. Accordingly, Rising and NAU will announce community event details planned to take place in Yuma and Flagstaff later this season.
