Accessible Seating
ADA seating at Phoenix Rising matches is reserved for fans with accessible requirements and their guests. Fans requiring ADA seating can purchase one accessible seat and up to three companion seats next to the accessible seat. Depending on availability, additional seats for companions will be located as close as possible to the accessible space.
Contact sales@phxrisingfc.com for ADA seating availability. Phoenix Rising will work with fans on a case-by-case basis to make sure we can accommodate any individual’s needs. All sales are based on availability.
Alcohol
No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into the stadium. No fans under the age of 21 are permitted to purchase or consume alcohol. Fans are required to show a legal driver’s license or passport when purchasing alcoholic beverages. Do not allow an intoxicated person to drive. Please use the Valley Metro Light Rail just outside of our stadium, or ride shares if you plan on drinking.
Bag Policy
To expedite the entry process, we encourage fans to leave bags at home. Clear bags, diaper bags, or medical bags are permitted but are subject to search upon entry.
Banners and Signs
All banners or large signs (anything requiring more than one person to hold up) must be approved by the Phoenix Rising front office no more than 48 hours ahead of the match. Submit all banners and signs for approval at info@phxrisingfc.com
Beverages, Food & Containers
No outside food or beverage may be allowed into the stadium, with the exception of sealed plastic water bottles (no bigger than 20 oz. and up to two bottles per person). Accommodations for people with dietary restrictions may be made.
Birthday/Anniversary Announcements
For any in-match scoreboard message request, please email sales@phxrisingfc.com. Deadline to submit request is 48 hours before the match.
Cameras
Fans are permitted to bring cameras with lenses that are no bigger than 70mm provided photos or videos are for personal use, but tripods are not permitted. Video reproduction of game action and live streaming of matches is prohibited without express written consent from Phoenix Rising.
Children Tickets
Children three years old and younger do not require a ticket, provided they sit on their parent’s lap. If a child requires a seat, parents will need to purchase them a ticket.
Code of Conduct
To read the club’s full Fan Code of Conduct, click here. Phoenix Rising staff has the discretion to intervene in any situation if it feels a fan is not contributing to a safe environment. Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to the following:
— Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures.
— Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption.
— Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting.
— Obscene or indecent clothing.
— Any disruption of the game or event, including throwing of objects or trespassing on the playing field or in restricted areas. Sitting in a location other than the guest’s ticketed seat.
— Fighting, taunting or making threatening remarks or gestures.
Fans not adhering to the above or the full Fan Code of Conduct may be removed from the stadium. Phoenix Rising reserves the right to determine what is unruly or unacceptable behavior. If you are experiencing issues in-game, please contact the nearest Phoenix Rising event staff for assistance or text your concern to 602-900-0081. A Rising staff member will be alerted to assist with your issue discreetly.
Comments/Suggestions
Fans who wish to speak with a club representative can visit the guest services tent behind the north bleachers near the main stadium entrance. Fans can also email comments or suggestions to info@phxrisingfc.com.
Concessions
Craft Culinary Concepts is the exclusive concessionaire for Phoenix Rising matches. Fans can email comments or suggestions about concessions to info@phxrisingfc.com.

Exit Procedure
Rising fans are asked to exit the stadium through the two main entrances/exita behind the north bleachers. Premium ticket holders can exit the stadium via the premium entrance/exit in the northeast corner of the stadium, near the Just Sports merchandise tent. To ensure every fan’s safety, Phoenix Rising has a no re-entry policy. Fans who need to exit and re-renter for emergencies should speak with a club representative at the guest services tent behind the north bleachers. Re-entry accommodations are limited to emergencies and are at the discretion of Phoenix Rising.
Field Trespassing
Fans attempting to enter the field of play before, during, or after a match without prior approval will be removed from the stadium immediately.
First Aid Station
The First Aid Station is in the northwest corner of the stadium, near the main stadium entrance. If you need immediate assistance, please notify the nearest Phoenix Rising staff member or head to the guest services tent behind the north bleachers.
Flagpole Policy
Only flexible PVC poles are permitted in the stadium. All flags, banners, or large signs must be approved by the Phoenix Rising front office no more than 48 hours before the match.
Forms of Payment
Phoenix Rising Stadium is a cashless stadium. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted at the Phoenix Rising box office, or Craft Culinary Concepts concession stands. Guest food vendors will have their own payment policies.
Gate Times
Stadium gates will typically open 90 minutes before the scheduled kick-off time. There are some exceptions, and those will be communicated on the team’s social media channels.
Giveaways
Promotional items, or “giveaways,” are available during select game dates to fans that possess a valid ticket on a first-come, first-served basis. One item per guest. Guests must be in attendance at the game to receive a promotional item.
Guest Services
The Phoenix Rising guest services tent is located behind the north bleachers. It will be open at the same time as gates open and will stay open for 30 minutes after the final whistle.

Lost and Found
During matches, fans may inquire about lost and found items at the guest services tent. Following matchdays. Fans can inquire about lost and found items by emailing info@phxrisingfc.com or calling 623.594.9606.
Lost Children
If a child is lost or separated from your group, please notify the nearest staff member immediately, and security will be informed. Lost children will be taken to the guest services tent behind the north bleachers. Parents who are looking for their children should also head to the guest services tent after notifying staff. Phoenix Rising encourages fans to instruct their children on what to do if they become separated from their parents, guardians, or group.
Merchandise
The Just Sports merchandise tent will be open during home matches from the time gates open to approximately 30 minutes following the final whistle. Fans can also purchase Phoenix Rising merchandise at ShopRisingFC.com.
Paging (In-Stadium)
Paging is available in an emergency. Fans can head to the guest services tent to request a PA announcement. Phoenix Rising reserves the right to refuse requests.
Parking
Phoenix Rising operates all lots (General Lots 1-5 and the Express Lot) south of Washington Street. Fans will be charged for using these lots. To purchase your parking pass, click here. For fans who have purchased a parking pass for the season, you must have your parking pass hanging from your rearview mirror so that it can be easily seen by parking lot attendants when you arrive. There is a limited number of accessible parking available in all lot on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Pets & Service Animals
Pets, other than service animals, are not permitted. Service Animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, are permitted, provided they are accompanied by the handler and leashed at all times.

Prohibited Items
No bottles, cans, food, beverages, or containers may be brought into the stadium, with the exception of sealed plastic water bottles (no larger than 20 oz. Two per person). For everyone’s safety, Phoenix Rising does not allow laser pointers, fireworks, weapons, nets or any other item that may be considered dangerous or may interfere with another fan’s enjoyment of the game. Please be aware this is a partial list of prohibited items and any questions should be directed to the Phoenix Rising front office at 623.594.9606.

Radio Broadcasts
Phoenix Rising radio broadcasts are available via streaming on the club’s Twitter and Facebook accounts.
Rain Check Policy
Soccer matches will be played if it is simply raining. If there is lightning, the match may be delayed. If a match is postponed, the match will be rescheduled and your ticket will be good for that rescheduled match.
Re-entry Policy
Phoenix Rising has a no re-entry policy. Fans who need to exit and re-renter for emergencies should speak with a club representative at the guest services tent behind the north bleachers prior to exiting the stadium. Re-entry accommodations are limited to emergencies and are at the discretion of Phoenix Rising.
Safety
Phoenix Rising’s number one concern is fan safety. To help keep all fans safe, the club asks all fans to abide by the Fan Code of Conduct. Please be aware that soccer balls leaving the field of play can be dangerous and we ask you to always stay alert. For the safety of everyone in the facility, we ask that if you see something suspicious or if you observe violations of the Fans Code of Conduct, please report the situation to Phoenix Rising staff or security.

Seating Policy
Fans should only sit in the seats which they have a valid ticket for. Fans may be asked to show their tickets if there is confusion over a specific seat. Seat cushions and seat backs for bleacher sections are permitted.
Smoke Bombs
Smoke bombs should only be handled and ignited by authorized representatives of Rising’s official supporters groups located in the south end. If an unauthorized individual ignites a smoke bomb in the stadium, they will be removed.
Soccer Balls in Stands
Please be aware that soccer balls leaving the field of play can be dangerous and we ask you to always stay alert. Fans are not permitted to keep soccer balls hit into the stands. Phoenix Rising asks fans to hand the ball to the nearest Rising staff member or nearest ball kid on the field.

Strollers
A ticket is not required for strollers as long as the stroller is only used in the concourse area. Strollers are no permitted in the seating area and there will be no place for fans to drop off their strollers.
Tailgating Policy
Tailgating is only permitted in general lots 1 and 2 and in the express lot. The express lot opens at 4:00 p.m. and the general lots open at 4:30 p.m.
- Grills, coolers, and other tailgating materials are expected to be put back into your vehicle before you enter the stadium.
- Restrooms are located in the Express Lot
- Please set up your tailgate on the street side of your car
- Do not occupy more than one space per vehicle
- Charcoal grills, oil fryers and glass bottles are NOT permitted
- Please clean up your own trash
- Tailgating after kickoff or postgame is not permitted
- Use of Phoenix Rising parking lots are intended for gameday ticket holders
- Consumption of alcohol and food preparation must cease after kickoff
- Stadium security has the ability to ask guests to turn off any electronics or generators, curtail games and turn off music
- Tampering with or removing parking lot infrastructure or other guests’ property is strictly prohibited
- Phoenix Rising Stadium is private property
- Phoenix Rising Stadium security and law enforcement reserves the right to remove those in violation of the Phoenix Rising Code of Conduct

Umbrellas
Fans are permitted to bring umbrellas for use in the concourse area of the stadium. Fans can also use umbrellas in the seating area provided it doesn’t interfere with the viewing experience of fans sitting around them. Phoenix Rising reserves the right to ask fans to close their umbrella during a match.
Video Streaming
All Phoenix Rising matches can be streamed on the Arizona’s Family app (Arizona residents only) or on ESPN+ (monthly subscription fee required).
