Phoenix Rising FC has appointed Pa-Modou Kah as its new head coach, bringing his extensive playing and coaching experience across North America and Europe to the club. Kah, a former MLS defender and the first Black player to represent Norway internationally, transitioned to coaching in 2017. He led Pacific FC to a CPL Championship in 2021 and guided North Texas SC to a playoff berth in 2022. Known for his drive and player development focus, Kah is eager to build on Phoenix Rising’s reputation and push the club to compete consistently at the highest level.
